Hand crafted potato gnocchi sautéed in butter crispy serrano ham, fresh sage, and parmigiana reggiano.
STUFFED ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS:
Zucchini blossoms filled with ricotta and lemon zest, lightly tempura, spicy honey, and Sicilian pistachio.
MEDITERRANEAN BURRATA SALAD:
Artisanal creamy burrata, grilled peaches, crispy prosciutto, confit cherry tomatoes, baby arugula, and honey -lemon vinaigrette
MAIN COURSE
LOBSTER TORTELLINI AMORE:
Handmade tortellini filled with sweet lobster, delicately coated in a velvety shrimp bisque, finished with seared colossal prawns and refined essence.
